How westervilledentalit.com Handles Your Information
This page explains what westervilledentalit.com learns about visitors and what ClearMax Labs, which operates it, does with that. The short version: a contact form, page analytics and standard server logs. No selling, no advertising profiles, and no patient details wanted at any point.

Who to ask
ClearMax Labs is responsible for everything here. Send any question about it to [email protected].
Contact form submissions
Six fields: office name, contact name, reply email, callback number, software, and a description. A seventh field is invisible to people and exists to trap automated spam; a submission that fills it is thrown out without being read.
When a message is sent, a private ClearMax Labs workflow writes it to a spreadsheet ClearMax Labs controls and raises an alert so someone sees it promptly. Alongside the message it records which page it came from, when, the country of the connection, and any campaign tags in the link that brought the visitor. Messages stay only as long as it takes to reply and keep a record, and are removed when the sender asks.
Leave patient names and details out of the description.
Phone
Calls to this number may be recorded or answered by an automated assistant. Please do not share patient information by phone. The calling number and the time of each call are held by the phone provider only as long as ClearMax Labs needs them to call back.
Page analytics
Microsoft Clarity may be switched on to show which pages get read and where people click. It uses cookies and runs under Microsoft's own privacy terms. Form fields are masked in its recordings. A browser that blocks it sees the same site.
Server logs
Cloudflare Pages delivers the site and records what any web host records: the connecting address, the page, the time and the browser. Those logs keep the site running and keep abuse out.
Who else receives anything
Only providers doing a job for ClearMax Labs: the host, the services behind the form, the phone provider and the analytics tool. Nobody buys or rents any of it.
A breach of this site's records
The state's breach statute, Revised Code 1349.19, gives a business at most forty-five days from discovery to tell affected residents, and once more than one thousand residents are involved, the nationwide credit bureaus must be told as well. ClearMax Labs applies that to the contact details collected here.
